Practicing Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and meditation help keep the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change. It increases oxygen capacity, boost blood flow and strengthens the nervous system to help reduce stress. Yoga allows you to feel more in control of yourself with enhanced concentration and a deeper self-confidence.
I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years and have been teaching for over 3 years. I am certified with both the Yoga Alliance and the Kundalini Teachers Association. I am also a registered Reiki level II and certifed with the Radiant child program.

Basic Kundalini Yoga and Meditation:
This class will take movement and breathe to help you expand both the body and the mind. Each class starts out with a warm up set, a yoga set, meditation and ends with a deep relaxation. Prior yoga experience is not necessary.
Beginners Yoga Classes:
This class will gently introduce you into yoga. In this class we will start out with some warming up and move into postures that are easily accessible.
Hatha Yoga Classes:
This class is geared towards students who are not necessarily beginners and looking at moving their yoga practice to a new level. We will take poses that have been learned previously and move through them quicker as well as adding new poses to the mix.
Private Yoga Classes:
This option is for students who want a one to one option with their instructior. We will discuss what goals you would like to achieve with your yoga practice and come up with a plan accordingly. Current Free Community Classes
For the entire month of October I will also be offering the following free classes
Tuesday 9:30 – 10:30 am
Wednesday 4:15 – 5:15 pm
Both of these classes are all yoga levels from beginning to advanced and will take place at Okinawan Karate. They are located on the corner of Central Vally and Fairgrounds road.
