My name is Jane Courtney and I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years. I started my yoga journey with hatha yoga and I loved it but after a few years I was looking for a more spiritual practice. That exactly what I found in Kundalini Yoga.

I loved it so much I started my 9 month long teacher training and finished my certification in June of 2007. I started teaching right after that and am enjoying every minute of it.

 Currently I am offering a Beginners Yoga, Hatha Yoga Classes as well as Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes.  I am also available for private insturction in your home.
